Our Customer-Focused Return and Exchange Policies

At our store, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, which includes our customer-focused return and exchange policies. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to make adjustments to your purchase, and we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please review our guidelines for each product category below:

Breast Forms: Once you've placed an order and received a paid receipt for breast forms, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for these items. However, if you encounter any issues or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Bras: Within 3 days of purchase, we offer exchanges only for bras, provided that all tags remain intact and the garment is free of any stains, perfumes, or smoke scents. Regrettably, we cannot process any returns once an order has been placed and payment has been made.

Swimwear: Please note that swimwear items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We recommend carefully considering your selection before making a purchase.

Wigs: For wigs, we can offer exchanges only if the wig has not left our store. However, once a wig has left our premises, we cannot accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your wig at the time of pick-up, please inform our staff, and we will work to find a suitable solution.

All Other Products: With all other products, you may exchange them within 3 days of purchase, provided the tags are still attached, and the product remains unopened and unused. To ensure eligibility for exchange or in-store credit, please refrain from applying perfume, smoke, or strong scents to the product.

Insurance: If your exchange results in a value less than your initial purchase, we may require a release from your insurance company. It is your responsibility to verify your insurance coverage and understand its terms. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or returns for products if your private insurance does not cover the cost.
